Patrons rave about the quality and flavor of the birria tacos, often described as the best in town. Many reviews highlight the fast service, making it an ideal stop for lunch on busy days when locals can quickly grab their meal.
The onion rings also receive heavy praise. Crispy, flavorful, and generously portioned, they are a must-try side that complements any meal. The cozy atmosphere combined with friendly staff creates a comforting dining experience where regulars feel like family.
The dining options include convenient takeout and outdoor seating, perfect for those warm days in Iowa. Budget-conscious diners appreciate the reasonable menu prices, ensuring everyone can enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.
Most Disliked
While A Pinch Of Love Cafe shines in many areas, some diners mention that seating can be tight during peak lunch hours, especially on Fridays when the cafe reaches its full capacity.
The limited indoor space may lead to a wait, which can deter those looking for a quick bite. Additionally, despite the rave reviews for service, some patrons have experienced slower service during busy dinner hours, impacting the overall dining experience.
Parking can also become an issue during peak times, as it’s primarily street parking with a limited lot. Diners may want to plan accordingly to arrive early or be prepared for a short walk.

A tiny spot ,with kick ass food, It almost tasted like somebody's tacos that will not be named from Des Moines! I've went there multiple times and get the same thing I love it!

Seriously excellent tacos! We split the taco sampler that came with 4 different types of tacos, and a side of elote. Every one of the tacos was delicious in its own way. It’s a tiny place in a residential neighborhood, and well worth stopping in if you’re in Ft Dodge.
